Welcome to Keystone Web Co. ("Keystone," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or purchasing any of our services — including domain registration, public server hosting, one-time website builds, and recurring care plans — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and account holders, and constitute the entire agreement between you and Keystone regarding your use of our services.
Keystone provides web services on either a recurring subscription basis (billed monthly or annually, as selected at checkout) or a one-time project basis. Recurring services continue until cancelled, and you may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time without penalty. Refunds within the first thirty (30) days of a new care plan are covered by our 30-day confidence guarantee; beyond that window, fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. One-time website builds include the revision rounds stated at the time of purchase, and final deliverables become your property upon full payment. Domain registrations are made in your name, and you retain ownership of your domain regardless of your relationship with Keystone.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You may not use any Keystone-provided website, hosting, or domain to distribute malware, host illegal content, infringe on intellectual property rights, send unsolicited bulk email, or engage in any activity that could harm Keystone, other customers, or third parties. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services that violate these terms, with notice where practicable. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide to us and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials associated with your services.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." While we target 99.9% uptime for hosted services and work diligently on every project, Keystone does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Keystone in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be communicated by email or a notice on our website, and continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Keystone Web Co. collects only the information necessary to provide our services: your name, email address, business details you choose to share, and records of the services you purchase. We do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone, and we do not use your data for any purpose beyond delivering and supporting the services you've asked for.
Payments: Card payments are processed by Stripe, and alternative payments by their respective providers (PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle). Keystone never sees or stores your full card number — payment details go directly to the payment processor, which handles them under its own security standards and privacy policy.
Cookies: We use a small number of essential cookies only: one to keep you signed in, one to remember your cookie preference, and one that limits repeated failed sign-in attempts. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. When you first visit, you'll be asked to opt in; you can change your mind at any time using the cookie settings link at the bottom of any page.
Your rights: You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely by emailing hello@keystonewebco.com. Deleting account data may affect our ability to provide ongoing services. We retain purchase records only as long as required for tax and accounting obligations.
